Reliance 30 Gallon Short Natural Gas Water Heater with 35,500 BTU features low NOx emissions and an electronic gas control valve for precise temperature control and operational status. The piezo igniter allows for easy one-handed pilot ignition without matches. It has a pex dip tube, glass-lined tank with an anode rod for corrosion protection, non-CFC foam insulation, factory-installed pex polymer-lined heat trap nipples, and a factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve. With a rated storage volume of 29 gallons and a first-hour rating of 55 gallons, this water heater provides ample hot water for your needs. It has a self-cleaning tank and a water connection located at the top for easy installation. The water connection size is 3/4", and the vent size is 3" or 4". The unit dimensions are 50 1/4"Hx20"D, and the UEF is 0.60. It comes with a 6-year limited tank and parts warranty.
